Jackson Elms is a 21 year old athlete and competition/lifestyle coach from Savanah who competes in NPC fitness competitions. In 2023, he competed at the NPC Southern Tournament of Champions and won the Teenage Class in the Classic Physique Division. From there, Jackson entered the NPC Teen and Collegiate Nationals Championships, and won Teen Class A in Classic Phsyique and winning the Overall Teen Classic Physique Championship. He also won the Collegiate Class A in Classic Physique and likewise won the Overall Collegiate Classic Physique Championship. Jackson took a couple of years off to build more muscle, and in 2025, he entered the NPC Ultimate Grand Prix Championships, where he won his Class and also the Overall Open Classic Physique Title.
